Discussion Rooms
Discussion Rooms are provided for group study. Duration use of the discussion rooms is for 2 hours. Number of users should not be less than 3 but not more than 10 persons. Users must write down their particulars in the discussion room logbook and leave their Nilai University ID card at the circulation counter.

Audio Visual Rooms
The AV Rooms is mainly used for group viewing as seats are available for 25 persons. Students must write down their particulars at the circulation counter before using the room.

Open Access Computer
There are 20 computers with internet access available at library. The students may use the computers on a first-come-first-serve basis. Users have to log in using Nilai University network account. The library offers free wireless access (Wi-Fi) for users who bring their own laptops.

Note:
Users are not allowed to access pornographic material, play computer games or use personal copies of multimedia CDs or CD-ROMs on library computers. Library staff is not able to provide technical assistance and no guarantee can be provided that users will be able to make a wireless connection. Users are not allowed to download files, change settings, install software onto the hard disk.

Lockers
Lockers are available on a first-come, first-serve basis without any charges. Users have to register to obtain the locker key and leave their Nilai U ID card at the circulation counter.
